ABS sheet is an emerging material in the sheet industry. It is currently the polymer with the largest output and the most widely used. It organically unifies the various properties of PS, SAN, and BS, and has excellent mechanical properties with balanced toughness, hardness, and rigidity. ABS is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene, A represents acrylonitrile, B represents butadiene, and S represents styrene.

ABS sheets can be divided into general grade, heat-resistant grade, electroplating grade, flame retardant grade, transparent grade, antistatic grade, blister grade, etc. according to their usage and performance characteristics. Since the natural color of ABS particles is ivory, conventional ABS sheets are generally not very white, but slightly yellowish and ivory. ABS board has good electrical insulation and flexibility, and is almost unaffected by temperature, humidity and frequency. It can be used in most environments. It is also a thermoplastic with excellent processing properties and can be processed with universal processing methods. It is widely used in automobiles, models, electronic appliances, medical equipment and building materials.
