HDPE recycled sheet technology is mature and supports the development of plastic circular economy

In the context of the "dual carbon" goal, recycled HDPE sheet technology has made significant progress. In 2025, a number of environmental protection technology companies launched recycled HDPE sheets using waste plastic bottles and agricultural films as raw materials, with a recycling rate of over 90%.

After advanced cleaning, sorting and granulation processes, the performance of recycled boards is close to that of virgin materials, and they are widely used in outdoor floors, garden facilities, logistics pallets and advertising baseboards.

A leading company stated that its annual 100,000-ton recycled HDPE sheet project has been put into production, which can reduce carbon emissions by approximately 250,000 tons per year.

This technology not only effectively alleviates "white pollution", but also builds a closed-loop industrial chain of "recycling-regeneration-application", providing a replicable solution for the plastic circular economy and gaining dual recognition from the government and the market.
