ABS sheet is an emerging material in the sheet industry. Its full name is acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer board. The English name is Acrylonitrile-butdiene-styrene, which is the polymer with the largest output and the most widely used. It organically unifies the various properties of PS, SAN, and BS, and implements excellent mechanical properties with a balance of toughness, hardness, and rigidity.

Excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, dyeability, good molding and machining, high mechanical strength, high stiffness, low water absorption, good corrosion resistance, simple connection, non-toxic and odorless, excellent chemical properties and electrical insulation properties. It can withstand heat without deformation and has high impact toughness under low temperature conditions. It is also a hard material that is not easily scratched or deformed. Low water absorption; high dimensional stability. Conventional ABS boards are not very white, but have very good toughness. They can be cut with a shearing machine or punched with a mold.

Working temperature: from -50℃ to +70℃.

Among them, the transparent ABS sheet has very good transparency and excellent polishing effect. It is the first choice material to replace PC sheets. Compared with acrylic, its toughness is very good and can meet the needs of careful processing of products. The disadvantage is that transparent ABS is relatively expensive.
